In my career spanning more than twenty years, I have developed a deep understanding of how crucial the right appointments to key positions are for the success of an organisation. Having worked in large listed companies as well as SME, family businesses and a non-profit organisation, I am very familiar with the day-to-day challenges in professional practice. As a Managing Director, Branch Manager and in other management positions, I have gained valuable experience in setting up, developing and managing teams, strategic planning, conceptualisation, budgeting and project management.

These have shown me how important it is to understand the structure, culture and dynamics of an organisation in order to precisely understand the specific requirements of each individual customer. That’s why confidential discussions, transparency, an independent perspective and excellent due dillegence are the essential factors for me to attract the most personally suitable and best-qualified manager for the position.

In this context, I organise discussion rounds with management boards and supervisory boards and regularly exchange ideas with national organisations, companies and my network of top women executives.
