Over the past twenty years, I have gained extensive industry experience and built up a broad network as an entrepreneur, manager and executive in various positions. This practical approach ensures the success of our collaboration. I started my career very close to the management board in the central department for digitalization and IT at SIEMENS AG in Munich. I was then responsible for the cloud-based application business at SIEMENS COMMUNICATIONS, later UNIFY. I then gained restructuring experience as a manager during the carve-out from Siemens AG to an international private equity investor. Afterwards I founded two companies before my professional career took me to East Westphalia to Arvato Services, a Bertelsmann Company, where I headed the digital printing business as a member of the management board. I then built up my next company WERKBLiQ and sold it to DMG MORI AG, where I worked as Managing Director from then on. At the same time, I managed the Group’s digitization activities and most recently served as Managing Director of DMG MORI Digital. At the same time, I took over the role as Managing Director of ADAMOS, the IIoT and Industry 4.0 joint venture of world market leaders from the German mechanical and plant engineering sector, for several years. As a member of the Board of Directors, I supported CONRAD SE in its transformation from a B2C to a European B2B sourcing player.

As a Rhinelander, I am characterized by open, direct communication and a positive attitude to life. I know how to interact effectively with both my clients and candidates. Thanks to my analytical skills, I can precisely grasp a company’s requirements and identify and fill the best people. My intuition and knowledge of human nature enable me to not only assess a candidate’s qualifications, but also to recognize their suitability for the corporate culture or fit and their current stage of development.
