The renowned executive search consultancy HEADSAHEAD announces the addition of a top-class professional expert.

Dr. Tim Busse has worked in various positions over the past two decades. His career began in the digitalisation and IT division of SIEMENS AG in Munich. He was later responsible for the cloud-based application business at SIEMENS COMMUNICATIONS and UNIFY. He founded two companies and then headed the digital printing business at Arvato Services (Bertelsmann) as a member of the management board. At the same time, he managed the Group’s digitalization activities and was most recently Managing Director of DMG MORI Digital. At the same time, he managed the Group’s digitalization activities and was most recently Managing Director of DMG MORI Digital. He was also Managing Director of ADAMOS, an IIoT and Industry 4.0 joint venture. As a member of the Board of Directors, he supported CONRAD SE in its transformation from a B2C to a European B2B sourcing player.
