HEADSAHEAD expands Corporate Governance Advisory Services

HEADSAHEAD, one of Germany’s leading Executive Search firms, is pleased to announce a high-profile addition to its team. Prof. Dr. Peter Henning will strengthen the firm as a Partner and will lead the new Frankfurt office. His primary focus will be on Corporate Governance, particularly in the selection of supervisory board members.

Prof. Henning previously spent over 25 years at Deutsche Bank, where he worked in areas such as corporate restructuring, corporate finance, and in the executive office. For more than 20 years, he advised the executive and supervisory boards and was responsible for establishing and leading the bank’s supervisory board office. He then took up the position of Senior Governance Advisor, a new position created by the Management Board.

A Ph.D. in law, Prof. Henning is also an honorary professor at Goethe University Frankfurt and a member of various committees dedicated to good Corporate Governance. He serves as the deputy chair of the “Qualified Supervisory Board” examination commission at Deutsche Börse, is co-editor of the handbook for supervisory board members, and contributes to the professional journal BOARD, in addition to authoring numerous expert articles.
